Grant Burge Barossa Ink Shiraz
Grant Burge’s winemaking team carefully blended vibrant, flavour-packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Shiraz so bold and dark in colour, it’s almost ink. It’s further intensified with rich, natural colour sourced from the grape skins.

Deep purple, with a blue / purple hue. Rich aromas of plums, raspberries, dark chocolate and blueberry jam with underlying mint and cinnamon. The full bodied wine has a palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours, complemented by dark chocolate and spice. |

Dark & concentrated, with red and purple hues. Rich aromas of plum, mint, dark chocolate, coffee bean and vanilla.
Plush and vibrant, the textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent fruitcake and ripe plum flavours. |

Grant Burge Coonawarra Ink is a new and distinctly different wine style. Intense and opulent wine, from the heart of the Coonawarra, with a colour so dark it’s almost ink.

Intense blackcurrents, choc mint with a hint of fresh cut cedar. Luscious, ripe dark fruits with a sweet, juicy mid-palate framed by fine, soft tannins. |

Rich thick and intense palate of dark berry fruit flavour. Liquorice, mint chocolate and sweet mocha tones. |
