Rooster Rojo Blanco is a classic traditional white tequila, initially sweet but swiftly followed by a subtle yet distinct peppery spice. Fresh, lively and citrus aromas which complement its sweetness. Its finish is best described as medium length, smooth, and strong but pleasant.

Aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light oakiness, Rooster Rojo reposado boasts a slightly oaky aroma with hints of ripe fruit and cooked agave. This wonderfully silky smooth tequila has rich vanilla and caramel flavours, complemented by a warm rich finish.

Rooster Rojo Añejo is our premium tequila, aged for at least one year in used bourbon barrels using 100% blue agave to give it its pronounced richness and exceptional smoothness for those with discerning taste.
