Origin: San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca
Aroma: Fresh herbs with hints of wood from the fire pit
Taste: Chopped Agave, Mesquite, Red apple and ripe fruits
Finish: Smooth and Fruity, with a slight smoked wood finish on the palate

The Lost Explorer Tobala
Also known as the “Explorer Agave” the elusive Tobalá is a wild agave that grows in arid, shaded, high-altitude canyons. It is much smaller than the more common Espadin, and extremely rare to find.
Origin: San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca
Aroma: Dry tobacco, wood and cocoa
Taste: Vanilla, with notes of leather and clay
Finish: Smooth and earthy finish, with hints of citrus and fresh grass

The Lost Explorer Salmiana
Massive in stature, this wild agave species is foraged from its preferred high-altitude, adventurous terroir. Salmiana really stands for its scientific name Maguey Verde, an agave traditionally used to produce pulque, the “Drink of the Gods,” that dates back millennia.
Origin: San Pablo Huixtepec, Oaxaca
Aroma: Green chilli, grapefruit peel, fresh agave after rainfall
Taste: Sweet, with fresh citrus and dried herbs
Finish: Spicy, with earthy and mineral notes
