Wint & Lila, the artisanal Spanish Gin made with Andalusian orange and peppermint.

Hailing from Cadiz, Southern Europe’s most important centre of spirits production during the Seventeenth century, Wint & Lila pays tribute to the trading company which shipped medicinal alcohol to the Netherlands; a spirit that became the precursor to Genever and Gin.

Today, Wint & Lila rescues the origins of artisanal distillation in the last remaining original distillery from that time, individually macerating and distilling each botanical to obtain pure and distinctive flavours.

A clean and bright Gin, with light and complex aromas, among which the combination of classic juniper and the freshness of mint and orange blossom stand out. Macerated in demijohns (16L glass containers) and distilled in 200-year old stills.

This is a smooth, delicate and subtly herbaceous gin, with a citrus aftertaste.

Made with a selection of natural strawberries from Huelva (Spain), macerated in demijohns (16L glass containers) and distilled in 200-year-old stills. The result is a delicious gin with an intense natural colour.

A balanced combination of angelica root, orange blossom, peppermint, juniper and strawberries.
