The Chronicles Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark red with a purple hue. Vibrant aromatics of cassis, violets, black olive, tobacco and chocolate tones. The soft acid balance combines with velvety tannins to provide a fine palate structure and impressive length. |

Pair with red meat or mushroom dishes. |
The Chronicles Merlot
|
Intense, ripe raspberries and cherries with overtones of vanilla and spice. Very good fruit intensity of raspberries and black cherries with well-integrated vanilla oak. This wine has soft round tannins and a good length. |

Try with BBQ meats or simply on its own. |
The Chronicles Chardonnay
|
A well balanced wine with plenty of stone fruit and lively citrus characters full of flavour, depth and length on the palate. Seamlessly integrated French oak gives complexity and spice adding structure and depth. |
