Garnet red colour with medium to high intensity.
Elegant and complex on the nose, with aromas of ripe fruit, blackberry, plum and cherry. On the palate, in addition to fruit there is a clear presence of select oak barrels. Hints of sweet spices, pastries and nougat combined with roasted flavours and cocoa. Long, persistent and full-bodied in the mouth. There is a crisp acidity, ensuring a long life, and tamed tannins. |
Ramón Bilbao Reserva

Garnet red with medium-high depth of colour.
Intense notes of black fruit and fresh red berries on the nose, alongside sweet, spicy aromas of vanilla, cumin and wild herbs. On the palate, a full-bodied and structured wine with red fruit and sweet spice flavours, good acidity, ripe tannins and well-integrated alcohol. |
Ramón Bilbao Crianza

Ruby colour with violet hues and medium depth.
On the nose, red and black-berries mingling with aromas of liquorice and ginger. Subtle aromas of sweet spices, vanilla, cumin and hazelnuts. The palate is medium intensity, with good length and well-integrated acidity. |
Ramón Bilbao Verdejo

Clear and bright, with a medium-intensity greenish-yellow colour.
On the nose it has a lot of intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, herbal flavours of fennel and floral orange blossom appear alongside citrus. |
Ramón Bilbao Rosado

Pale salmon-pink colour, clear and bright.
On the nose, medium intensity with aromas dominated by fresh fruit, particularly citrus (blood orange and grapefruit), floral hints of roses and herbal hints of tomato plant. The flavours follow through on the palate, with good acidity and a light body. |
